The seminar concept
The seminar is based on the proven “Life/Work Planning (LWP)” method of the American work researcher R.N. Bolles. Since 1970, this method has successfully supported people in career orientation and job searches. In the 1990s, the concept was brought to Germany by John C. Webb, a student and co-trainer of R.N. Bolles.
What is Life/Work Planning (LWP)?
LWP is an individual planning process that specifically supports people in their job search. In contrast to conventional approaches, this process does not focus on the job market or employer, but on the individual. It uses the hidden job market, i.e. jobs that are not publicly advertised. Those who search systematically and purposefully can discover and seize opportunities and thus find the right job for themselves – long-term and successfully.
